This delightful video did a wonderful job of lulling babies and toddlers into a relaxed state all ready for sleep.  Hap Palmer's songs and voice created a warm and cozy feeling for everyone who watched.  As we have seen in the past with videos in this series from Anchor Bay, parents and children alike loved the use of children's faces to help trigger a comfortable association.
