Munchkin, Inc.

Munchkin has proved once again the simple adage that "if you build a better mousetrap", "the world will beat a path to your door". (Sorry about the mixed metaphors). The Soap Dispensing Bottle Brush does just what you would expect it to do, only better. Parents told us that the idea of squeezing soap through a brush, something many other brushes of this type do, sounds great in theory but the reality is that they often leak soap when you don't want them to. Here the soap reservoir is in the handle and with the simple pull-top allows you to dispense just the right amount of liquid soap to allow the coarse brush to do its work. When you combine an excellent price with a strong design, "people will come"

Buzz Away
Quantum, Inc.

Insect repellent is one of the necessary evils of playing outdoors in most parts of the country. There are too many creatures that would love to share your children with you during hikes, camping trips or just playing in the yard. Buzz Away has created a bug repellent that is easy to apply, and according to our testers, pretty effective at stopping those annoying outdoor pests. By far the most favored method of using Buzz Away was the moist towelettes, which were easy and quick to apply and gave a good dose of repellent. The deet free application was also appreciated since it didn't harm clothes, plastic, rubber etc.

Suggested Age: All Ages Price: $7.75

HairClean 1-2-3
Quantum, Inc.

Lice is a subject that give many parents the chills, just thinking about it. Those pesky, creepy, crawling creatures are tough foes once they get into the general population whether it is a school, daycare center whatever. Reinfestation problems are as common as the spread of lice on their own. Ridding yourself and your home of lice is nothing short of a full time job. There are many chemically based treatments on the market which can be dangerous, particularly if used repeatedly. HairClean 1-2-3 is a wonderfully safe alternative since it is made up of natural herbs and other ingredients. The parents and school nurses who used it reported no side effects and, that in most cases it eliminated the lice on the first try.

Suggested Age: All Ages Price: $16.99

Toy Wash
Sanjan Solutions, Inc.

Quick and so easy to use, Toy Wash was a hit with our testers. This anti-bacterial cleaner is a terrific tool for schools, daycare centers, playgroups and any setting where there are many children playing, sharing and potentially spreading germs. Parents told us, that although they were advised to keep away from the skin, they tested it anyway on their own skin and there was no stinging sensation reported. The convenient spray bottle makes it easy to travel with Toy Wash. Knowing that toys constantly go in and out of children's mouths it is nice to know that this cleanser is made of all natural ingredients and still works effectively.

Price: $4.99
